Returns Policy
At Vintage Antarctica, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Process

Initiate a Return: Contact Customer Service via the link on your receipt OR our customer service team at hello@vintageantarctica.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
